Flash Developer 7721S
Location: Overland Park, KS
Description: The selected Flash Developer will be responsible for planning, creating, developing, implementing and maintaining graphic concepts and designs for assigned projects that are consistent with the clients brand guidelines. He/she will work as members of project teams that include Account Managers and Programmers and focus on collaboratively creating new concepts and flexibly supporting each other to deliver quality work in a timely manner. He/she need to be able to complete a high volume of design work and meet client deadlines.
What will be expected:
The selected candidate will need to have a firm foundation in Web design (Photoshop, Illustrator, and DreamWeaver) and client-side Web development (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript) to compliment their strong experience developing in Flash (animations, applications, forms, server/database communication). He/she must be able to construct Web sites that perform well across multiple operating systems and Web browsers using CSS positioning. Skills will need to be demonstrated in an online design portfolio showing strong knowledge of typography, color and layout. Beyond technical ability, he/she must be able to deal professionally and effectively with department colleagues. He/she should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively manage priorities and communicate progress. He/she also will need to bring original ideas to the table and have a passion for design.
