Oracle Developer 7754S
Location: Lenexa, KS
Description: The selected Oracle Developer will be responsible for working with project leadership to perform project analysis, determine functional and technical business requirements and develop, test and deploy applications that meet business demands. This will include developing software using Oracle Development tools for designing and developing Oracle applications such as Oracle Designer.
- Design, develop and maintain programs that service internal and external vendor and client systems
- Use programming and analytical skills to design and maintain application systems.
- Create detailed specification documents
- Create and execute testing plans and procedures
- Automate processes using software tools and scripts
- Manage system enhancements and upgrades
What is expected:
Candidates must have outstanding technical capabilities in XML, Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Designer. He/she also must be familiar with object-oriented application design and source code management. Familiarity with ACORD XML and Java would be a big plus. The candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio) for technical documentation, be detail-oriented and have a strong customer service orientation. A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Programming would be a big plus as well.
